Bluetooth audio support
This unit supports Bluetooth audio and Bluetooth transmission modes, allowing audio to integrate with compatible factory systems.
When using a compatible factory Bluetooth audio connection, the original vehicle microphone may continue to be used for calls.
An aftermarket microphone is also included.

The screen is designed to work alongside the factory infotainment system.
Original vehicle functions remain accessible after installation, including compatible:

The upgraded interface adds CarPlay, Android Auto and touchscreen functionality without replacing the underlying factory vehicle system.
Plug-and-play installation
Designed to connect to the original vehicle wiring without cutting the factory harness.
Because Mercedes vehicles can have different factory configurations even within the same model year, checking compatibility before installation is strongly recommended.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with automotive electronics or infotainment systems.
Important information
Left-hand drive only: This product is specifically designed for LHD vehicles and is not suitable for right-hand drive models.
Linux operating system: Apps cannot be downloaded or installed directly onto the unit. Compatible apps are accessed through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
Camera compatibility: Standard factory and compatible aftermarket reversing cameras are supported. Aftermarket 360-degree camera systems are not supported.
Check your NTG version before ordering: Do not rely on model year alone, as different infotainment systems can be fitted to similar vehicles.
