Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

🚚 Delivery Timeframe:
We use NZ Post for all our nationwide deliveries. Once dispatched, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Please allow a few extra days for rural or remote locations.

📬 Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your delivery status in real time. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days of purchase, please contact us.
